Qualifications:
- Gender: FEMALE

- Minimum of age: 32 years old
- S1 in Management or D3 in Secretarial from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Secretary to Director
- Detail oriented, good analytical skill; good communication skill
- Has good attitude and nice personality
- Has good computer skills (MS Office)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Gender: MALE / FEMALE
- Minimum of age: 30 years old
- S1 in Management from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
- Good working knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources including training, recruitment, organization development, payroll
- Detail oriented, good analytical skill
- Has good computer skills (MS Office)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Qualifications:
- Gender: MALE
- Minimum of age: 40 years old
- S1 in Management / Finance from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
- Good working knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources including training, recruitment, organization development, payroll
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in HR function, at least 7 years in Senior Manager level
- Good leadership management
- Detail oriented, good analytical skill
- Has good computer skills (MS Office)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
