Requirements:

• Male/Female age max 34
• S1 Accounting from reputable university with GPA min 2.80
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Financial Auditor in Big 4
  accounting firm with Telecommunication Industry experience or minimum 2
  years working experience as Performance Measurements or at an equivalent
  level from telecommunication operator
  
• Preferably experience in IT company
• Results oriented
• Good interpersonal skill
• High integrity, committed and responsible person
• Able to work under-pressure
• Team player

RETAIL FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Actively maintain hi-potential leasing company in every regional
  (either province or island) territory
• Fully involving in creating aggressive leasing strategy
• Participate in customer requirements/product and following up
• Design aggressive leasing project and scheduling to support sales
• Plan and participate in project regular Sales
• Participate in “Sales & Marketing Network Development Meetings”.
• Maintain close cooperation with Main Dealers, Dealers and other
  Sales Channel as well; and Leasing Company.
• Stimulate continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Dimension/KPIs (Indicate the main job dimensions and KPI’s)
• S1 Finance/Accounting Degree, MM or MBA is desirable
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Leasing
  Multinational Company, whereas at least 3 years of the total experience is
  as Retail Finance/Leasing Manager
• Preferably experience in credit analyst
• Willingness for traveling and ability to relocate
• Excellent communication skill
• Proficient user of the English language
• PC literacy
